Detached from our traditional meeting and conference rooms, we have set up several virtual workspaces with "GatherTown". The sessions on offer are jointly determined according to the open space principle and distributed across the various location slots. Employees can then choose between a wide variety of offerings: Technology, programming, processes, off-business topics or simply meet up for a chat in one of the private areas. Everyone then comes together in the large "Grüner Salon" conference room, where our virtual workshop takes place - with important news, an intensive exchange of experiences and, of course, lots of fun and creativity.
