We are delighted to welcome our new General Manager Elton Schwerzel!
Elton has joined in-factory as the newest member of the management team. He has been responsible for customer support, sales and marketing in the role of General Manager since the beginning of September. The 46-year-old also supports both project management and quality assurance.
The business IT specialist comes from the French group Cegid, a leading provider of cloud-based business management solutions in the areas of finance (treasury, tax, ERP), HR (talent management, payroll), accounting and retail. Elton was most recently Managing Director for the DACH region. He can look back on more than 200 successfully rolled-out HCM cloud transformation projects.
Elton has more than 20 years of professional experience in the IT and software industry. He has held management positions at well-known IT and software companies such as Workday, Open Text, SAP and Crossgate.
By joining in-factory, he is returning to his IT roots. With his professional experience and strategic know-how, he will give new impetus to in-factory's core business and support cross-system IT integration projects, particularly in the key account environment.
