Communication is the foundation of every successful (business) relationship. At in-factory GmbH, we are aware of this and therefore organized a workshop in October 2023 that focused on this principle. From October 14 to 15, we gathered at LÉGÈRE HOTELS in Taunusstein to work intensively on our communication and teamwork in an inspiring environment.
Day 1: Focus on communication
The first day of the workshop was dedicated to the communication workshop. Here we reminded ourselves that although our consultants are experts in data, they are also experts in people: During the group exercises and the lively exchanges in our workshop, it once again became clear how well we work together as a team. Of course, we also carry this team spirit into our customer relationships. We also discovered that our supposed weaknesses are actually our greatest strengths. The fact that we are not a huge consultancy firm enables us to provide personalized advice close to the customer. Both internal and external communication play a central role here.
Day 2: Open discussions in OpenSpace format
On the second day, we continued our tried-and-tested OpenSpace concept, which was characterized by lively discussions and creative ideas. All participants had the opportunity to contribute their thoughts and concerns and develop them further in small groups. This open form of discussion not only encouraged in-depth exchange, but also brought a lot of fun.
We were delighted with the results and findings from this workshop. We are convinced that they will help us to advise our customers even better and further optimize our excellent service. We are already looking forward to the workshop in 2024, which will undoubtedly be just as exciting and enriching!
