Day 1: Open exchange and focus on future topics
As always, our workshop began with the tried-and-tested OpenSpace concept. In an open atmosphere, we exchanged views on future topics that will influence our industry and the world in general. The focus was particularly on AI and trends in data management, but there were also sessions on internal topics such as communication and our new onboarding process. In addition, our photographer accompanied us on site to authentically capture our corporate culture and team spirit.
Day 2: Creativity and teamwork at Hackday
The second day was all about creativity: on our Hackday, we formed small groups to work on different projects in the areas of ESP, AI, GameEngine and monitoring.
Results and outlook
The two days were characterized by intensive exchange and productive collaboration. The ideas and results that emerged are extremely promising and will serve as the basis for new areas of work that we will be addressing in the future.
We are already looking forward to our next Workshop in October 2023 and are looking forward to seeing what new ideas and challenges await us there.
