Constant monitoring and troubleshooting in the PowerCenter environments. Developing solution strategies at a technical and organizational level. Ensuring smooth operation, for example during infrastructure upgrades.
Core tasks
Support the hosting service provider in implementing efficient monitoring measures. Working with developers and operational staff to resolve issues. Developing a framework for technical verification of data exchange processes with all systems involved. Supporting the implementation of new technologies.
